West Valley Soccer Club

West Valley Soccer Club Pledges to govern all of our endeavors so that: 

• Children can be encouraged to combine both worship and sport.
• All of our youth players can train and play in a safe environment.
• All of our affairs will be conducted with integrity and honesty.
• Our club will be associated with good sportsmanship and all elements contained in the philosophy and programs of the Positive Coaching Alliance.
• All people involved in the West Valley Soccer Club will be treated with respect.
• The old school values of team commitment and loyalty wil be a part of the club culture..  Attendence, punctuality, and effort are not optional.  Teammates need you in order to become better.
• We will at all times strive to achieve a standard of excellence in all we do.
• We will always remember that we are teaching children and that will govern our decisions.

In order to accomplish our mission, in accordance with our principles, we have the following goals:

• Provide serious young soccer players with the best fields, coaching, teaching, training, teams, and support structure to facilitate their development while also providing them a strong Christian environment which will create positive soccer experiences that last a lifetime.
• Eventually produce high level club teams that complete for the Idaho State and Western Region Championships.
• Meet the needs, and provide a significant financial discount to those who cannot afford to play this beautiful game.
• Create a grassroots outreach program to the lower income areas of the Treasure Valley.
• Provide the best exposure to college coaches and college opportunities
• Set the standard for all elements of this sport to help increase soccer's standing, influence, and popularity in the community.
• Create an enjoyable and satisfying experience for all people involved.
